• A well-behaved and house-trained dog is welcome with us!
• After consultation, you can bring EITHER 1 larger dog up to approx. 30 kg OR 2 smaller dogs (e.g. dachshund, Havanese). Please let us know the number and breed when booking. Other pets (cats, birds, fish, rabbits, etc.) are not allowed.
• Please bring a blanket or a basket for your dog to sleep on the ground floor.
•  Always keep a close eye on your four-legged friend and remember: this holiday apartment is new for your pet. Therefore, please never leave the dog alone and unsupervised!
• Please always keep your dog on a leash when outside the premises.
• Dogs are only allowed to stay on the ground floor! The 1st floor, the stairs, all bedrooms and all seating furniture are absolutely taboo! If this is not followed, we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee of €100.00 if animal hair is contaminated on the sofa and bedding.
• Playing and running around is only permitted outside.
• Any dirt caused by the dog must be removed by the tenant.
• Please only set up feeding areas in the kitchen or hallway on tiled floors. Water bowls and a bowl mat are in the kitchen.
• Please dispose of the dog's "leftovers" in the outside area of the accommodation immediately (preferably in a well-sealed waste bag in the residual waste bin).
• Renting to dog owners requires valid dog liability insurance.
• As a tenant, you are fully liable for all damage caused by the dog. Please inform us immediately of any damage caused by the dog.
